In the heart of Ortigia, along Via Vittorio Veneto and directly facing the sea, the property offers six cozy and fully-equipped apartments designed for those who wish to experience Syracuse with the freedom and comfort of an independent home.
Each apartment features a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. Three of the options provide a captivating sea view, while the other three overlook a quieter internal area, perfect for those seeking privacy and relaxation.
The location allows guests to comfortably walk to the Duomo of Ortigia in about five minutes, as well as to the main points of interest in the historic center, including restaurants, bars, shops, and boutiques. Just a few steps from the property, one can soak up the most authentic atmosphere of the island, with glimpses of the sea, elegant alleys, and charming squares.
For those arriving by car, there is a paid parking area in front of the property; alternatively, about 600 meters away, the public Talete parking is conveniently located for visiting Ortigia without sacrificing practicality.
Guests will find a small welcome kit in their apartment, including toast, jams, and herbal teas, designed to start their stay with simplicity and comfort. Breakfast is not served directly at the property, but there are affiliated bars nearby, allowing guests to choose where to enjoy breakfast and soak in the atmosphere of typical Ortigia venues from the morning.
Francesco Coletta warmly welcomes guests with passion and attention, having a deep connection to Sicily and its traditions. In addition to managing the accommodation, he runs "Pura Sicilia" in the historic center, a shop dedicated to souvenirs, Sicilian ceramics, and artisanal products inspired by local culture.
His vision of hospitality is straightforward and genuine: to provide a comfortable stay, offer useful advice about Ortigia, recommend restaurants, experiences to enjoy, and places to discover, guiding each guest towards an authentic and enjoyable experience in the heart of Sicily.

The property is situated in one of the most captivating areas of Ortigia, the ancient historic center of Syracuse, overlooking the sea and surrounded by a rich backdrop of history, art, and traditions. Within a short walking distance, you can reach the magnificent Cathedral, the Aretusa Spring, the Maniace Castle, and the bustling local market, where colors, scents, and flavors reveal the most authentic essence of Sicily. Along the way, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, wine bars, and traditional establishments by the sea, perfect for taking a break and savoring local cuisine.
